On-boarding
  • We will be integrating the Com-Waves customer accounts into our customer management system for your services, billing, and support ticketing.
    • Once completed, you will receive an email with details on how to log into our customer portal.
  • Our prices and plans are similar to Com-Waves. However, changes to your plan may occur in the future.
    • We have multiple plans available, please see our plan list to select a plan of your choice. You may change plans at any time.
  • Customers will need to sign a customer agreement.
Billing
  • BTWI utilizes a paperless billing system in order to reduce cost and environmental impact. Invoices, notifications and receipts are sent via email. A valid email is required to be on file in our system. We never share your email. It will only be used for BTWI correspondence.
  • BTWI invoices are emailed out on the 10th of each month and are due on the following 1st of the month. For example, invoices emailed on 6/10/21 are due on 7/1/21 for July services.
  • With the BTWI portal you can pay online or setup auto-pay. You can also mail in your payment or call our office and pay over the phone.
Equipment
  • BTWI will be assessing and upgrading the Com-Waves network as we work to integrate it with our own.
  • Please have patience as we assess what's needed and implement any upgrades.
  • This will entail upgrades to towers and customer premise equipment (CPE) and could cause some down time.
  • BTWI will do its best to communicate with you and we will make every attempt to ensure you're informed of upgrades that may affect your service.
  • This assessment and upgrade procedure is required to find areas where we will be able to improve the network and assure a reliable and speedy internet service.
