Maintenance Window
BTWI reserves a maintenance window on Tuesday mornings, 2am to 6am. Periodic maintenance may be performed during this time that can affect our services and cause an outage. If maintenance will cause an outage longer than 15 minutes, we will attempt to send out an email alerting of the occurrence before hand.
